within one (1) month of receipt. In case your request is either very complex or
we have received numerous requests from you, or both, the GDPR to extends the
time to respond to you by a further two (2) months upon prior notification to
you.
Kubiack Law is subject to the authority of the Spanish
Data Protection Agency. If at any point you feel that we may have violated your
rights under the GDPR you can also file a claim with the Spanish Data
Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).

Our current webhosting provider (Dreamhost LLC) is
located in the United States of America and electronic data sent to us will
pass through US servers. By using e-mail and our web forms, you explicitly
consent to the transfer of your personal data to the United States.

We may update this privacy policy periodically. Our business needs may change we reserve the right to commit changes to this Privacy Policy as required. In the event of a change to our Privacy Policy, we will notify you by email.
